In such case twitch watchers are gonna flock to vote en mass, meanwhile a good chunk of Japanese viewers which would make Pekora win are locked behind the fact that they dont even know about the awards, plus I am sure many wouldnt have cared much given that it looks totally loopsided as a twitch thing.
