Marine during her ichimi poll had Kanata as one of the favourite collab partners so they should be aware there's demand; seems like it's a combination of bad schedule overlap, both of them streaming very different stuff recently and importantly they both are rarely the initiator for a collab. They do show up in groups often enough at least like Splatoon and Marine being the call-in during the collab with Lamy, where they specifically flexed KanaMari bond.
