Ruuko's case is the default when I want to find an example of someone having all the talents and effort yet no luck to blow up.
She debuted 5 years ago and has been streaming quite consistently, she has a very good model for an indie, her voice is simply lovely and pleasant to listen to me, she pays attention to everyone in her chat and every comments under her videos, and she makes good music productions. Despite all that, she's still at 9,5k subscribers, after 5 years.
It kinda pains me that the peak of her career so far was her cover with Kureiji Ollie from HoloID:
