At least some of them do, Bae has talked in detail about learning choreo and several girls are taking professional dance lessons. I'd bet it's case-by-case.

If that was true then there wouldn't be such a big difference between the top dancers and the more "static" talents. Unless you think they hire staff with different levels of dancing skill, at which point that'd be far dumber than just having the idols dance.
Anyways, Bae dances on my dick and she does great.

I personally think Bae and Aki are at the tippy top of dancing in Hololive, they have different styles but both excel at them
Next comes Kiara, Subaru, Nene, Korone, Matsuri, Laplus
All of these are also really good dancers but their movements aren't flawless which holds them back from being at the top
