I don't know why so many people in the vtuber fandom have an instinctive aversion to nopixel, it's a fun server with a ton of people including many wholesome streamers and characters, it's not like xqc is single-handedly roleplaying the 500+ players on at any given time
and afaik people don't do degenerate shit like that matsuri clip there, at least from what I've seen of nopixel 3.0 and 4.0

It's minimal effort and investment with maximal benefits with tradeoffs, but it's essentially a shitfest and it's chances of anything good coming from itnother than content is minimal. Also the toxic community associated with it really isn't conducive to growing their channel/brand.

The problem with nopixel rp is that many of the main rp streamers and the big streamer that joins is that they want to win the rp and their communities hate other streamers that interfere with that, and on top of that if you are a small streamer and a vtuber you could get a hate train pretty big.i remember small streamers who got bullied out of the server just because they told the police what they saw.

A small handful of people got banned only because main admin was pressured to ban them, previously he was defending them and banning everyone else who critics these clowns. After that a lot of RPfags got tired of his shit and left for other servers.

Honestly my biggest issue with RP servers is that they're heavily pay-to-win / pay-to-play
If you're able to get on one of these big streamers only servers you'll find that they're often moderated by people who just want money

The server limit was 100 players, yet you referenced thousands of people.

The problem is when that "handful of bad people" number exceeded 30 and they concidentally the most popular players on the server. I stopped following nopixel 2 years ago and they still have drama about people being terrible human being. And it kept reminding me why I watch vtubers and not fleshstreamers anymore
