Not him, but I've watched some of ID and they're very insular in their conversations. They're like a group of friends rather than entertainers and it shows. Hana also doesn't fit in since she's not Indonesian just going to school there. As a long-time viewer I can tell you they like to sort of gauge the chat to see who's part of it boring going with whatever language seems more natural. Their audiences are still mostly 70 ID 30 EN

You are right on your point though. Sometimes their jokes get a little too insular. They like to crack on Hana for being bule but other than her not getting some very ID-specific jokes she's always welcomed in others' streams, so I don't quite get what you mean by that part.
