Anon, there's 24 hours in the day, even if you're a lazy fuck who sleeps 10 hours there's still 14 hours remaining, most of their stream are below 2 hours anyway and for Christmas it can be below 1 hour that fans wouldn't mind, 1 fucking hour, even if you take the double of that to prepare and etc it still just a small portion of your day

I don't think anyone's really demanding for their chuuba's to stream the whole day for them but even like sparing an hour or 2 is a nice gesture to have and shows they care a bit. Just cause im gonna spend most of my time being with my family doesn't mean I can't chat or play some games with friends if I have some free time.

That would be valentine's and white day. Christmas in Japan (like the rest of the world) as become less about religion and more about making/expending money. JP kids still wants their new toys even if they are not Christians, companies still make Christmas sales even though most of their customers are not Christians, many families still decorate their homes even tho they go to the Shinto shrine for new years. Some people go on dates but since is not an actual holiday they can only do it after work/school.
