>>65179489There are several reasons
>"free" assetsUsually they are of good quality and of course they aren't free, it's like the company is lending it to you, so no initial investment from the talent... in most cases at least *cough* Riku *cough*.
>brand repThe brand holds a certain amount of regulars, said regulars could hang around 1 girl only but often they will check the rest of the group, this means that the brand's popularity sets the CCV baseline for their new talents which could be better than trying your luck as 1 view, to get at the top you either need to be really good or very lucky and having one of both doesn't always mean you will make it, so it's a safer choice.
>curriculumIf you haven't noticed yet the top chubas get recycled very often, that's because they got backed by a corpo before and you can be sure that she has experience and a little bit of fame with her, from a business perspective it makes sense to take a girl that already has a group of followers around and absorb them into their ranks rather than trying their luck taking in a literal who. It's safer for the companies and gives better chances to the talents later on if things go south (which is pretty common).
>task delegationThe main thing a streamer should do is..... who would guess, it's stream, not doing accounting, not doing taxes, not dealing with paperwork, not dealing with law matters, not planning events like concerts and getting all the preparations needed for those, not procuring the top tech. Just stream, the less work the talent does behind the scenes and the more work is put where it matters (streaming) the better, both for efficiency and stamina as doing tons of menial shit behind the scenes is a very good way to burn out quickly, so why not pay somebody else to do that?
>easy interactionsYou don't have to go your way to try to be friends with every single chuba out there to see who gives a fuck about you, you already get a bunch of coworkers to interact with... and maybe long term friends, who knows?
So it's a trade off, you trade a % of your $ for better odds and advantages... in theory... at least at the top levels.
