I respect the honesty but she joined the company at the young age and the older she's getting, the more sick of it she's becoming. Maybe she's just outgrown it?

Shion has always had issues with interacting with people online. She has a hard time dealing with antis, or even the more rude criticism. Seriously being a vtuber was a terrible fit for her. Unlike nijisanji which benefits from cutting dead weight, hololive's characters are fewer in number and have larger customer bases that like them so it benefits hololive to keep the voice actress employed even if she's not really doing anything beyond rubberstamping merchandise and doing pre-recorded concerts to keep her fans occasionally ball-tickled.

It's like how Kana Hanazawa never 'graduated' but gets less work over time.
