>>6535636That's why you think Kana left, because she was ignored? You really believe that no one tried to reach out to the girl with more subs and viewers than everyone else in the company combined? No fucking chance.
Kana left because she wanted to be completely on her own, and Tsunderia let her go because she's a walking yab factory for a startup agency. Her Discord server is just an extension of her /vt/ thread now. She's had a total of one collab since going indie (with Purin, her pre-VTuber friend), and her company collabs were, without exception, painfully forced and uncomfortable to watch. It's become very obvious that she doesn't play nice with others (with the singular exception of Purin, rarely). Even Nacho doesn't want anything to do with her professionally, and that's extremely telling.
You can't really compare Kana and Ria's time with the company. From the sound of things during her member's stream, Ria expected management to take a more structured and hands-on approach which Tsunderia has said they don't do much of. I would guess she didn't ask the right questions during the interview if that's the case, which she more or less admitted and took the blame for. Going by the timeline, it seems like she got accepted to Niji after already getting into Tsunderia, and Tsunderia couldn't really compete with their smaller resources. It seems like her leaving is a combination of social climbing and differing expectations to what streaming in Tsunderia is like. Also, along with this
