Literally Jeff bezos worked like 3 days a week at his prime towards the end of Amazon and now he just cashes in rent towards the end of Amazon and now he just cashes in checks because he stopped doing that.
If you want to use like a recent CEO, Tim Cook from Apple has next to no say in how his phones are going to be designed, where they're being designed at or etc. decisions are no longer made by one person at the head of a company, decisions are made by boards and investors who "influence" the company.
