Why haven't the Dodgers or red sox asked for a holo EN collab like the JPs got with the Giants and NPB Pacific League?

Each MLB team has to play 81 home games (162 games overall). They do stupid shit all the time. The dodgers has a guy dressed as attack on titan throw out a first pitch. Padres had a dinosaur
