Additionally, her telling people to reupload it is effectively her telling them to commit copyright infringement, as the cover belongs to Anycolor. That's pretty much where she shot herself in the foot.
If she had just tweeted "Sorry everyone, I have to private this because management messed up perms, will keep you posted!", I doubt she would have gotten into any trouble like she seems to be in right now. Still puts the blame on management while not putting a target on her back.
And if they still can't work things out after a few weeks or whatever? Put out another tweet saying like "Sorry everyone, I don't think the cover is coming back, management shit the bed on permissions". Ta-da, puts the blame on management again while not giving management a way to target her back.
