>>6555396Yeah, exactly. Talent's a part of it, but it's not the be all end all - there's plenty of commercial artists and designers who weren't talented but managed to create amazing stuff because they put in the effort into learning their craft.
It really can be frustrating when people just relegate your ability to some sort of "natural talent", completely disregarding the time and effort put into learning the technical fundamentals.
It's something that just plagues the creative fields like no other. No one's born with the innate knowledge of perspective drawing or human anatomy.
