also, that anon is >technically< correct, but could've framed it better, GYARI is IP and merch, not a manager per se. but he's also wrong, because VOMS never wanted to become huge, then a wild kettle suddenly became a big deal with ambitions of her own. at that point, the separation was the good thing for both parties, and now Henya is the IP holder herself, with a – dare I say – far superior character design.
