tldr, her singing is mid, the compositions she's given are often mid and her normal content doesn't attract the audience needed to push songs.
1. She's mid at singing which limits what range of singing she can do.
2. Most of her songs, composition/lyrics etc, are either mid or targeted for a certain thing, like most of the new album songs. Great for a live for sing a longs and energy, but pretty meh for repeat hearings.
3. The order for the new singles/album have been massively mishandled. The MV single, Love it Live, released last of all the new music. The only fresh thing about it was the mv, since the song was already out on the topic ch for like a week or something. As personal note I would also argue that Love It Live is one of the weaker new songs.
4. She doesn't really promote them more than in the "beginning". No Suisei constant shilling everywhere, no kiara "stream spark".
5. This is a hard point to explain but her normal type of content (and the success with it) hurts her songs since they deviate from that content form. It also attracts a different audience than those willing to repeat songs over and over, which in turn is what pushes songs in the algo. In combination with point 4, this hurts her songs as they get drowned out in her normal content.
6. This isn't unique for pekora among holos, but it separates her from for example Suisei, Marine and Mori. Her channel isn't an artist ch, i.e. any topic songs aren't pushed with the main channel.
In regards to the new song with bae, it's also mid. It's a cute mv, but nothing else really stands out.
