Nijisanji actually legitimately mistreats their talents. Their business practices are awful. Their practice of combining genders results in some awful content (imagine watching your cute oshi only for a male to join the stream and start hitting on her and suggesting meetups with her). They have so many meltdowns and drama shitflinging that it's causing graduations left and right.
I had problems with Hololive too, but compared to them Hololive is like the shining white knight.
Sure they have some cute girls. Too bad they're unwatchable with all the males in everything. Pomu spent Christmas Eve by going out drinking with Luca until 2am, imagine if that was your oshi?
Their heyday is long passed, and there's a reason for that.
If you want the best for those girls, you would encourage them to get the hell out of that company.
