Even so, I've heard since the start of holoEN that EU hours just don't pay that well. So it's just not in Cover's interest. You hardly see donations in Euro. For being a continent of like 700 million people they actually donate a whole lot less than North America. The thing is, while lots of Europe speaks English, it's still like ~half the population so really the number of viewers is rather similar in size to NA.
Also, remember when Council came out it had two aussies who originally were streaming at oz hours - and guess what, they gradually shifted over to NA hours even though it was super inconvenient for them because it was better viewership/income etc being part of that group. Similar to how holoJP works nicely from all sharing the same time zone, Cover seems to have basically focused down on NA (specifically West Coast really) as its main convergence point.
