I think I get it now, management doesnt do their fucking jobs anywhere in Anycolor when it comes to securing perms for songs. Its probably why Selen's cover was taken down, someone probably lied and said they got perms when they never did.

If you have every worked with a big company, youll know what happened was that one manager approved it, but another disproved it. They lack communication OR theres a manager or co worker actively out to get Selen because of a personal grudge. Many such cases throughout every industry, and vtubing is a cutthroat industry.

Even with original songs you need extra permission from the composer, lyricist, animator, producer, artists who did anything for MV, etc etc.
Not to say that anycolor isn't shit at this but there are instances of Holo girls getting shit pulled down for similar reasons
