Selen gets on a shadowban from this whole thing she is in now. She comes back. Selen doesn't renew contract. She graduates mid-year. Niji management tries to play this off as a mutual parting.
Hana Macchia leaves before long after the stress from the videos that surfaced builds up and since past Niji ID is gone. Tries to get more success on adult platforms after, but anons just pirate her content.
Kyo does or says something stupid again and doubles down on it. Gets graduated.
Pomu stays for now since Elira and others are still around. She'll cling on 'til the end.
Finana is my wildcard prediction. I bet she gets upset with her low numbers over time, gets some dumb misunderstanding on why they're grim that ultimately blames viewers, and she thinks she'll go indie and things will get better, only to fail.
Enna... I think she'll hang around another year. If Kyo does something stupid and gets fired, she'll leave after that.

I predict Fuwamoco will go on an extended hiatus from a vocal cord injury from keeping up their voice and straining themselves with their dedication to kayfabe. They'll come back, and Fuwawa will pull a Suisei and have a deeper voice. (Sidenote: Holy Sex, but god help the cancerous shit this board will become when a hiatus is announced)
My offshot prediction-- I predict someone from ReGLOSS will get into a scandal like someone having a boyfriend or something, and with them being not as used to the pressure from fans, they'll crack and either go on an indefinite hiatus to recover. I don't think it'll lead to graduation necessarily.
I think Gura will not graduate 2024 but streams will be even more limited than 2023.
I don't think Ame will graduate either. It'll be just another year of 'taking it easy' with not much ambitious stuff happening.
