>>65686809>Tom cruise didn’t even know porn was on the internet until like the late 2000s. nta but do you really believe this? this is even more naive than the people /here/ who think vtubers act exactly IRL as they do online.
>>65686502>>65686121>>65685975ok I'm going to stop this retard train right here and say that this porno argument is retarded. If Tom Cruise agreed to work with a different company to do it under the table, that would be illegal and someone could argue breach of contract over it.
Selen is hired, under contract, by nijisanji to create content for them. The contract is what seals it: You can argue what Selen did was a waste of company time and resources and move to punish her for doing that. You can not, however, say she breached her contract or is using her appearance without the explicit permission of Nijisanji because she's hired by Nijisanji to create content for them.
So even if they don't like the work, even if they think the work is incorrect. The most they can do under most forms of law is fire her, or suspend her, they can't claim the work is bad and thus she has to pay for it. That's outright illegal in most of the world, and yes, even in Burgerland you can't argue that someone owes you just because the work they did was suboptimal. You can drag them through court but there's no clause saying they owe money for it.
This entire argument is retarded and I suspect it's being done just to fog the actual matter at hand with irrelevant spam because someone is criticizing Nijisanji.
