>>6574412according to those job postings, the company "stock" which I assume is valuation is 458M yen which is only around 4 million dollars. according to wikipedia, their net income in 2019 was 1.5M usd. so it probably went up since then, but this isnt like a gigantic company. less than 100M is pretty fucking tiny all things said and done, if you consider you have to pay employees, and that they have to reinvest money into the company, etc.
