Pretty sure nobody gives a fuck about the earthquake, they just have a lot of fears about tsunamis since even the youngest ones remember a time in their lifetime when a tsunami destroyed Japan. All the safety measures can keep people from dying but they can still only watch as their town is swept away. But I believe the tsunami warning was ended so it turned out there wasn't one, but that warning was the fear.

I just want to say to all you folks clowning on the tsunami, the fuck is wrong with you? If you went on Twitter for 2 seconds to look at the videos posted you'd find that is a holy shit moment. Not as bad as the 2011 one, but still might result in over a thousand deaths and countless homes destroyed. I saw posts of people abandoning their cars so they can get out of the way of a torrent of water with debris that would kill people. You people are sick fucks.

In terms of people on the other side of the country (Tokyo), the shaking was still nuts and could have broken a lot of equipment. I saw a video from the shinkansen where the shaking was so bad it broke equipment at the station. I honestly would not trust going on any train in Japan right now until all of the rails were inspected.

Japan is lucky right now they don't have a government like Turkey were they embezzled the cash so construction companies could skimp out on materials or there might be hundreds of thousands of deaths instead.

Anyways, fuck all y'all down playing this shit. Safety comes first always.
