Someone like Watame can have the same sub growth as Pekora, and Okayu can have higher sub growth than both of them, while someone who’s the hardest working person out there can gain less subs than someone streaming 2 streams a week. And then you got shit like Mumei exploding in subs while doing literally nothing, or Fauna who’s arguably one of the biggest active EN vtubers out there who can’t seem to get subs.
And then on top of all that, no one wants to praise people for getting subs by spamming shorts (Marine) or how someone can just go viral by random chance and blow past everyone (Ui). It’s just stupid at this point
