When you are less physical, eat the more protein and veg and less carbs. In the Cane's example, you could still get the 5 finger meal, but swap the bread for another cole slaw or sauce.
Also don't fall for the "healthy food" cons in the grocery store. Check the ingredients and check the macros. Most of those brands are not actually healthier for you, and try to trick you with marketing terms like "Organic", "All Natural", "Gluten Free", "No Preservatives", "Keto", etc
