1. Suisei rank 1/35 ish [top dog 2-times champion, tryhard has been training]

people might bitch about the raffle, but the top 12 ranks are well distributed among the 3 groups for a good final tsuyo cup; but group A has 3 other racers pretty close to the top 12 cutting point, so it is still the most unpredictable.
