We're talking about a streamer here, it's important to have some perspective, it's not the end of the world if she quits. I think it's better to support her until she decides what to do, than constantly assume the worst about her.
I didn't like the radio silence, but now I know why she hasn't touched the hololive aka work accounts. Luckily for her Cover seems to give their talents time to recover or consider. She still has to jump some hoops though, such as the occasional sponsor/merch and larger company wide events.
