>>66003010>Using a copyrighted song Yep. She did that
>Revealing internal informationFunnily enough she leaves that part out of her doc but doesn't deny that she did it in her doc
>Making statements with an alt during suspensionShe also leaves that part out of her doc but doesn't deny it either
>Giving false information to other nijisanji membersShe also leaves that part out of her doc but other members have backed that up
>Lying to company about infringed rules She also doesn't comment or deny that
>The rape jokeAdmittedly not that bad
>Expressing the desire to play pirated gamesShe literally did that during debut on a FFXIV stream that got privated
>Saying that she got permission to do something when she didn't She literally did do that on the same FFXIV stream where she was playing with an account she'd used privately and said she'd received permission to do it.
>Falsely claiming to be sponsoredNot only did she do this more than once but she had an entire asset for it and literally we just saw a take down of someone in the US who should have theoretically had a lot more leeway with copyright laws but lost anyways. In Japan that shit gets you heavily fined because there are no parody laws which is why you have WcDonald's and 8/11
>Giving likes to antisShe literally was giving hearts on YouTube and likes on Twitter using her sayu account to comments that were shitting on anycolor
>Shitting on gamesThe problem is that when you shit on games you can get sued in Japan for doing so or cost permissions from that entire company. Even if the game is shit. Japan is fuckin brutal with their bullshit
So what exactly is bullshit here? The rape joke? Sure. I'll agree with that but that still leaves like 7 different verifiable instances of her breaking the rules and the fact that she doesn't ever deny that she did any of it speaks volumes.
