Would this mean fans aren’t allowed to do times square ads on their own?
The Note only mentions Cover willing to act as the middleman between the talents and the fans with regards to advertising
And there’s nothing stopping the talents themselves to react to such advertisments on twitter or on stream, so I’m not sure what this would achieve

What I got from it was that they could raise awareness of such projects on the talent side, which like I mentioned, there’s nothing stopping the talents themselves from finding out about said projects because twitter and youtube chat exist
