Even if Pomu's graduation somehow causes a ripple effect that causes more talents to leave NijiEN, Riku won't give a fuck. He'll just treat the branch as a cash cow to be milked, if any talent leaves then he'll just hire 3 or 5 new ones just to make up the difference. The better part is that he can just have management dangle official 3D over their heads for years without investing money into it.
