I'll go further and add Holo JP was also a big mess several years ago (Mel is the most extreme example of this). But in both instances, Cover recognized the problems, and took effective action to correct these problems.
Anycolor, on the other hand, has not and appears unlikely to ever take steps to professionalize their management, probably because that would mean hiring expensive professionals who would cost more money, meaning less cash flowing to the shareholders.
The hate is not because there are problems, but because Niji knows these are problems and instead of resolving them, are letting their best talents flail, fail, and leave the company on top of lying about them and harassing them. They also seem to be so incompetent that they don't understand the reputational damage they are suffering. The kind of abuse they put their "Livers" through is going to increasingly scare off anyone with any real talent from applying.
