1) Rebrand. Any further, new, English-speaking talents will be recruited in a new project that is not using names such as "Nijisanji", "liver", "2434", and so on. Remember this has never stopped VirtuaReal from collabing with Nijisanji streamers from all branches, including EN.
2) The exact reasons as to why so many different projects have been rejected, shut down and retroactively privated is not publicly known, talents before and after graduation don't provide all the relevant details, so the first thing I'd do as a new manager would be to figuring that one out.
3) Admit something is wrong as per:
>>66126906 But beyond that, literally walk to the investors and tell them in simple Japanese you found and fired the people responsible for this series of blunders. Make a show out it on social media and news channels. "We were second on the scene, but we were not successful in adapting to the English-speaking sphere of vtubing. We let down too many talents and fans. We have changed. We will continue to evolve." The man making this announcement bows to the investors, and announces his own resignation.
4) Move to Twitch as a primary streaming platform and seek interaction with the usual suspects from VShojo and their orbiters.
5) Offer lewdtubing options, only for whichever streamers that are willing to go through them, through specific, dedicated channels, including alternative streaming platforms and merchandise distributors. There is no reason to just stop with an official R18 fanart hashtag on Twitter for a streamer when there is money to be made, which could be used to finance all manner of activities, lewd and not. This also means to offer the option to allow a talent to eventually withdraw from lewdtubing content and merch (once the earliest obligations are fulfilled) when they no longer feel the desire to pursue them. Seek a sincere conversation on the matter with candidate talents that pass the first or second step of the audition: start only with this question: "Would you allow a R18 fanart hashtag on Twitter like other streamers have?", and if their answer is: "No", then stop there. They could always change their mind later.
