Shu seems to have some notable computer skills (to what extent, I'm not sure, just that he's been the unofficial tech support of NijiEN since he joined) which might speak to him having a degree, certification, and/or job experience in IT, so he could probably leave and not have much fear of unemployment. Plus, one rrat that claims he hates his fans and rarely acknowledges them (but one of his most recent streams is a 4-1/2 hour zatsu, so I don't know about that part).
Meanwhile, Vox seems to be losing his sanity with where he is at the moment, openly stated a while back that he doesn't care for or understand the appeal of vtubers, and has been trying to reinvent himself by being recognized as some kind of filmmaker and some odd moves into kayfabe. Plus, Vox doesn't appear to like his fans much (rrat time: when Mysta was graduating, both he and Mika, one of his closest friends, insisted it was due to burnout, but Vox went on a whole thing about how Mysta was frustrated with his viewers, which some people took as projection). That said, I think the reason why he hasn't cashed out yet is because his employment prospects outside of Niji are much more blurry; I've suspected that his reinvention arc is an attempt to put something a bit meatier on his resume until the next time his contract runs out.
Outside of the screenshot? Selen is the most obvious. If she hasn't been fired, I'd bet she'll coast until her contract expires, unless there's some way to be released from it early.
