>>66151208Hololive is great at getting talents that are not drama baiters. Rushia was one but she hit it behind the scenes and now she's out. The biggest scuffle I've seen between them is when Iofi scolded Nene for tracing art for thumbnails. Otherwise I've never seen any actual drama between any of them. It's also why I think there's such a great retention rate for Hololive talents. They only ever leave thanks to external harassment (Coco, Aloe, China branch) or physical incapability to do their job (Sana). Pretty sure they're also trying to do better at minimizing external harassment, but that will always be there in some form.
Of course for Holostars it's different because they naturally get less views, and thus the revenue split probably isn't worth it for someone living outside a low cost of living area like Japan.
