There should be a rule in hololive that states if a talent doesn't have 1 millions subscribers after 2 years graduation is mandatory

Hololive already hit that with Advent easily before 2023 ended with all of the members. 1 million is a low bar for them but if over-saturation continues in the space, I can easily see that being the minimum bar. I think views per stream/video being a much more important metric.

I think how much money they are making is more important. 1 million is a hard number even for Hololive, 400k i guessed too low, so 2 years 600k should be reasonable and profitable.

Well true, but I think per stream/video is a better indication of profitability. The main issue is shareholders who want more so you'll never see that minimum bar dropped and it will probably be raised in all honesty.
