Ever since Myth debuted I have wanted to become a vtuber but I am a zoomer so I have a decade worth of internet footprint. How the fuck do I get over this fear of people finding it? I want to apply for Hololive because I am idol otaku.

Nothing job-ruining at all, but just embarrassing things. I am also holding back because I know vtuber fans are autistic (I am no exception) and I would be devastated if anyone close to me would get harassed because of me. like anons said just delete everything. old accounts, emails, etc. then go through various internet archives and request deletion if anything that’s yours is archived. if you have the money to spend you can hire someone to scrub your name from the internet but i don’t know how much that costs
half of the battle is also not giving too many private details of your life away when streaming but that would only be an issue if you got in

You can't prevent people from finding out something, but you can minimize how much gets found. Some have prevented people from finding out what they look like even with a literal decade as a streamer. Also, pre-debut no one is going to know who you are, and you have time before that to scorch the earth as much info as possible.
