One: It erases data. You're assuming that it would just be adjustable for whenever the orders run out. But it can last much longer than that 40 minute run if the dude starts wasting even more money again. He's done it for two hours in a row, and that could kill a whole stream, which obviously would be the goal of the faggot if that happened.
Two: Unless you can create a formula that's nearly perfect in wiping it, it wouldn't be easily accepted.
It would be preferrable to make a formula that caught the real CCV in between the faggot's attacks, as opposed to wiping the data.
