Sure Gura isn't Rushia level menhera, but the fact is her natural awkwardness/goofiness/dorkiness and sense of humor stems from mental quirks. She's not a turbonormie like Bae or as well adjusted as Bijou.
Gura's menhera has less to do with her ability to stay sane and more to do with how easy it is for her to burn out/become overwhelmed. Won't be surprised if half the reason she's afraid to come back is because she doesn't want to face all the questions and expectations that came from her absence.
