Gura: 10/10
Most people would assume I have a numbers-bias saying that, but it's not true. I think her personality is fantastic and she really knows how to meme. She is one of the best streamers I've seen in terms of her personality.
Pomu: 9/10
She is fantastic in all the right ways. Perhaps her only failing is that she get overly obsessed with certain things instead of riding the memes like Gura can.
Elira 8/10
Elira actually has better zatsu than Pomu, but the things she chooses to talk about are quite boring (usually some anime boys), and her voice has certain annoyances in general. I dislike her because of her place in the clique, but this list is only rating stream-personalities.
Ina: 6.5/10
She has quite a comfy atmosphere about her. The problem is that she isn't super charismatic and tends to repeat jokes and stories a lot. She's a fairly skilled artist but, sadly, seems to waste her talent on drawing a bunch of simple anime faces.
Ame: 5.5/10
She is the quintessential vtuber, if you had a stock-image of a "vtuber" it would be her. Her streams are alright, although she has kind of a harsh voice to listen to and has an unfortunate temper. She gets a bump up from average because she has actually shown a bit of creativity and ingenuity, being the inspiration behind many projects that defined the genre. Small Ame, the chibi VR models, and other things.
Finana: 5/10
People question her placement on this list, but I really think she's underrated. She is really dumb, she is kind of cringy, but she's friendly and has a good report with her chat. She can carry a stream, even if she can't plan them very well (If content was being taken into consideration, her rating would go down several pegs.)
Kiara: 4/10
Her personality is quite off-putting, it's like she doesn't understand how to interact with other people and tends to boss people around, put them in awkward situations, and do shitty things that demonstrate a complete lack of social awareness. However she does understand idols, works really hard, and is generally a faithful and reliable streamer. If a low quality one.
Mori: 2/10
She tends to be arrogant, distant, and unconcerned with vtubing culture. She is mostly focused on her music, and that is some awful rap garbage. She doesn't have much value as a streamer and the boobs on her model are the one thing that carries her.
