She might return…but what’s to stop her from just graduating shortly after? After how she’s been treated the past year, why would she feel encouraged to stay with NijiEN outside of the paycheck?
Her roommate has been incredibly active, more than it was during her run at Nijisanji. Unless she’s preparing to run the two at once, it seems more likely that she’s ready to jump ship.

2 updates mentioning the hiatus and then the anniversary being postponed because of unforeseen circumstances (which was probably the day they decided to graduate). seems pretty cut and dry.

However the big trepidation is what happens after. Who blinks first, will Anycolor say she was suspended or just boot her at the end? Even if Selen tries to paper over this like an uncle tom and just resume streaming pretending nothing went terribly wrong, it'll never be the same.

however from what we can tell she seems to be in the outs on Selen since she seems legit starting to boot up her PL vtuber again.
