The reason Pekora is talked (almost) daily in this thread is because she's a daily streamer and this thread is a "daily horse race" thread.
As for Kobo, she's talked in this thread, mostly in a negative context of going from regular 10k+ streams to regular sub 5k streams.
Given that, as mentioned above, this is a "daily horse race" thread, even her still very impressive subs growth doesn't grant her any favors because, broadly speaking, Gura killed any horse race for subs in any foreseeable future and the only reason Marine got any notoriety right now was for passing Kizuna AI as the most subscribed japanese vtuber.
Other than that, like Coco and the highest vtuber CCV, nobody can touch Gura's subs count so there is no race for any horse to be had there
