(It being a QRT was the key part. It's basically Lyrica taking Mocca's tweet, and Lyrica telling her fanbase that he is wrong. This is different from Lyrica replying to Mocca to explain to him why he's wrong. A QRT puts it in front of the fanbase, while a normal reply would be for seeking actual discussion)
