I'm sure it comes from the heart, both Mori and Bae work hard, but they don't realize not all EN girls are the same, they're afraid the doggos are going to feel the classic burnout after a few months, but I don't see it, they just have a tremendous work ethic, before hololive they were working hard as fuck with basically no compensation, there was no light at the end of the tunnel yet they kept going, they are not going to get tired or depressed like Gura or Mumei because the doggos had each other and they now the struggles of the idol life
but ALSO, maybe they are scared in a subconscious way because the doggos are setting the bar too high in terms of punctuality and compromise, I think, let us be fucking honest for a second; a lot of HoloEn girls are lazy as fuck, and Fuwamoco are making them look even worse.
Personally, as a fan, I just love that Biboo and Fuwamoco are going hard and I hope they don't stop (unless they really need to), they're saving EN basically, all the Advent girls are doing their best and they shouldn't take it easy right now because 2024 is gonna be very important for vtubing in general because this industry is dying in the west and we need hard workers
