It's one of the reasons Minecraft and ARK were loved so much because of the sudden random collabs that occasionally popped up.
Likewise any typical stream just diverging in to full-on chats. Hell, that's half the reason some people play Minecraft, chill autismblox and zatsudan.
And yes, these are usually the best kinds of streams, it's one of the reasons I love sandbox games most because it can lead to all of these interesting streams.
