>>66644178when I try to sleep in 24h cycles I find that I often have to force myself to go to sleep earlier than I actually get tired, which wastes a lot of time because I lay in bed for a while before falling asleep
so I just go to sleep whenever I actually get tired which usually means I'm awake for around 19 hours and then sleep for around 7, so I go to sleep and wake up a few hours later every day
I have found that both going to sleep and waking up is way easier and more enjoyable this way and most of the time I don't have responsibilities that I need to do at certain times
