Yes, you can switch oshis, but in order to do so you must first write a 500 word essay on why you are changing oshis and post it on /vt/. If your thread receives 100+ replies then you are legally allowed to change your oshi. If not you must provide a monitary donation to your current oshi with a heartfelt apology.

Oshi only means the one you support/favourite so you can have multiple and change them. If you have one above all your other oshis, it's your saioshi.
