Schedules aren't really a hard tradition in Hololive to be honest. But the thing is that it WAS the standard practice in EN since the start and they really just dropped it one by one out of laziness. They literally saw each other do it, went "oh I guess I can get away with it too then" and like a domino line they all dropped the practice purely out of laziness.

HoloEN didn't only stop making schedules in 2022 but the radio silent "health" breaks started at the same time. There was clearly more going on than laziness and they were having issues with management. Advent doesn't want to get involved but Myth and Promise have been getting sick a lot this winter.
