It's not 'that' they are Graduating/Being Terminated. It's the manner in which they are that matters. Pomu is graduating not because she wants to, but because Nijisanji is incompetent and incapable of giving her what she wants/needs.

Mel? She didn't want to leave and Cover didn't want to fire her. However NDA breaches are VERY serious and HAVE to be taken serious. It doesn't matter how much you don't want to let a talent go. If they break the NDA, they have to.

Pomu is leaving because Nijisanji is shit
Mel is leaving because she made a mistake and has to accept the consequence of her action.

It's a world of difference.
