Hololive can have some retarded moments, but their management is typically more well meaning. Anycolor is generally more retarded on average and talents tend to leave the company instead of get terminated, but they're more evil in the sense that they're profit oriented to the worst degree.
And that's beyond the fact that they already have a massive war chest. They could invest in doing more stuff for their talents or hire more managers instead of spreading themselves thin, but they don't.
