That being said, name dropping a Cover staff member just is not something that you can fake. The only reason Mikeneko knew that manager's name was that they had been spreading rumours about her and other Holos, so she was furious about that situation. She pointed out how shocked she was to hear Narukami casually namedrop the manager.
According to him at the time, the source was Delu herself but I suppose you could argue it was someone else? But then it doesn't line up with the video evidence Mike had. Or the fact that the two have gone silent publicly about it would suggest to me that Mike was probably right, or else she would have basically been forced to apologise because, worst case scenario, she'd be sued
I do know that Delu and Narukami are also closer than most people would assume. The Delu Discord server doing a full TL of his stream where he defended Delu (at least, mostly defended) coupled with Delu telling her fans not to harass anyone involved, including dramatubers, does start to add more details to the scenario.
Basically any theory to suggest that Delu didn't rely on the video not being real: once it's out there, there's no turning back. Of course, people will treat Mikeneko as the villain even if she did leak the video (a rare moment of self awareness on her part) so it's not like it would solve the underlying issue. Both sides going quiet is likely for the best.
